We cover everything a professional goalie would prioritize in a progressive, digestible, easy to follow process. Whether it be nutrition, sleep, goalie specific off-ice, dryland, recovery, or habit building actions, we have built it into your 100-day plan.


Ottawa 67's Cedrick Andree and Mississauga Steelheads Joe Ranger are your personal mentors on your 100-day journey lead by CGD's Director of Programming, Charlie McTavish.
