Off-Ice Clients

  • Clients may enter the facility no earlier than 5 minutes before a scheduled session

  • It is recommended that clients come dressed and ready for their session

  • Clients are to proceed directly to their assigned studio/area after check-in by using the left hallway when facing the client services desk

  • Although each studio/area is sanitized thoroughly after each use, sanitizing wipes and sprays are available in each studio/area. A good rule of thumb is: “If you touch it – wipe it”

  • It is prohibited to move equipment from one studio/area to another

  • Clients are asked to respect the bookings times as staff must have sufficient time to sanitize between sessions

  • Clients are asked to sanitize hands before entering and leaving an area or touching any high contact areas

  • Clients are to immediately exit the facility upon completion of their session using the same hallway

On-Ice Clients

  • Clients may enter the facility no earlier than 15 minutes before a scheduled session

  • Clients are to proceed directly to their assigned area after check-in by using the right hallway when facing the client services desk

  • Capacity will be restricted to 10 people on the ice

  • Clients are asked to maintain a minimum of 6 feet between themselves and coaches

  • Each client must have their own pre-filled water bottle as filling stations will not be available

  • Clients must enter the facility as fully dressed as possible (Players may only carry; skates, gloves, helmet and stick)

  • Only goalies may enter the facility with a bag.  When on ice, belongings must be in their bag and the bag fully closed

  • Change rooms will be restricted to 4 clients per room. (If assistance is needed, a parent/guardian may enter to tie skates, etc... and immediately exit)

  • Clients are asked to maintain social distancing in change room.

  • Shower and washroom facilities will not be available in the change rooms

  • After the scheduled ice session, clients are asked to only take off the minimum amount of equipment and exit the changeroom and facility immediately so that the rooms can be sanitized between sessions (If assistance is needed, a parent/guardian may enter once the session is finished and exit immediately)
