COVID-19 PROTOCOL
Arrival Procedure

Only clients with booked sessions and who have not travelled within 14 days or been in contact with anyone who is suspected to have COVID-19 or who has travelled within 14 days, may enter the facility

If a client suspects they might have COVID-19 or are experiencing ANY symptoms, they are asked to cancel their session and rebook once they are well a minimum of 14 days after. No cancellation fee will be assessed

Clients must bring a personal water bottle; no filling stations will be made available

Clients will not be permitted to use washroom facilities unless absolutely necessary

Clients must enter via automatic doors and sanitize hands

Clients must check-in with client services host upon arrival

Parents/Guardians must wait for children outside the facility away from the automatic doors

Inside the facility, clients must respect social distancing and wear masks when not training
Off-Ice Clients

Clients may enter the facility no earlier than 5 minutes before a scheduled session

It is recommended that clients come dressed and ready for their session

Clients are to proceed directly to their assigned studio/area after check-in by using the left hallway when facing the client services desk

Although each studio/area is sanitized thoroughly after each use, sanitizing wipes and sprays are available in each studio/area. A good rule of thumb is: “If you touch it – wipe it”

It is prohibited to move equipment from one studio/area to another

Clients are asked to respect the bookings times as staff must have sufficient time to sanitize between sessions

Clients are asked to sanitize hands before entering and leaving an area or touching any high contact areas

Clients are to immediately exit the facility upon completion of their session using the same hallway
On-Ice Clients

Clients may enter the facility no earlier than 15 minutes before a scheduled session

Clients are to proceed directly to their assigned area after check-in by using the right hallway when facing the client services desk

Capacity will be restricted to 10 people on the ice

Clients are asked to maintain a minimum of 6 feet between themselves and coaches

Each client must have their own pre-filled water bottle as filling stations will not be available
-
Clients must enter the facility as fully dressed as possible (Players may only carry; skates, gloves, helmet and stick)

Only goalies may enter the facility with a bag. When on ice, belongings must be in their bag and the bag fully closed

Change rooms will be restricted to 4 clients per room. (If assistance is needed, a parent/guardian may enter to tie skates, etc... and immediately exit)

Clients are asked to maintain social distancing in change room.

Shower and washroom facilities will not be available in the change rooms

After the scheduled ice session, clients are asked to only take off the minimum amount of equipment and exit the changeroom and facility immediately so that the rooms can be sanitized between sessions (If assistance is needed, a parent/guardian may enter once the session is finished and exit immediately)
