Our player camps separate ages to create the utmost development within the athletes, with peers of their age and level. SHIFT players receive exceptional instruction and attention on and off the ice with multiple coaches.

● 2 Hrs per day of On-ice training
● 90 minutes of Off-ice training & activities

● 30 minutes lunch break
