Our Gym

Our gym is designed for serious training with an athletic focus, but open to anyone who wants to get stronger. We offer a range of equipment designed to deliver performance in your preferred area.

High-School athletes looking for a serious training environment after school

Adults who want a motivating gym built for performance


We offer sessions with our SHIFT Trainers, who's philosophies are based on achieving goals, improving form, preventing injuries, and building confidence. Based on the purchased sessions, our Trainers perform an initial assessment to customize a personal training plan for the athlete.

Gym Turf

After School Club

Weekdays between 4:00-5:00 PM. Age and level-based community training. Minimal supervision​

​

Level 1: 12+, Intro to the gym environment

This group will be guided through technique, mobility, and healthy gym habits.

​

Level 2: 15+, High-performance custom training.

Assessment by the Head Trainer is required before starting. This level is designed for high-performance athletes. Each athlete gets a custom program, and a SHIFT Trainer is available to answer questions
