We are committed to providing a fun and enriching environment for ringette players of all ages to learn and play the game they love! Specialty Clinics
Hour-long group sessions with skill focuses. Groups have a max capacity of 3-4 participants, with one of our SHIFT coaches.
Tryout Prep
Weekly progression-based clinics, designed to prepare athletes for their tryouts.

Family Day Camp
Register for a ringette community-based day camp on Family Day Monday! This camp will be 2.5 hours on the ice, and 2 hours of off-ice activities and training! Drop-off at 8:30 A.M., and pickup at 3:00 P.M.!
