The BEGINNER Package is for goaltenders to improve their skating, mobility, and balance. SHIFT goaltenders will focus more on the mechanics of skating and save selections for various situations that will focus on the specific techniques for game scenarios. Beginners will benefit from this camp because there will be 1 Head Goalie instructor and a coach at every net. This will allow hands-on training the entire time the goalies are on the ice. Beginner Goalies can be of any age, playing any caliber, or in any league.

● 2 Hrs per day of On-ice game situations with shots
● 30 minutes a day of mobility and puck handling
